"Five star hotel!!! Staff were friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in early. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Free warm breakfast! Rooms were huge and well maintained. So many positives another this hotel. We will definitely stay here again!"

"We waited over an hour for a shuttle to pick up from the airport. I left part of my family at the airport after waiting an hour and when my niece called very frustrated the manager, called and asked his driver did he tell them it would be an hour before they could get a ride to the hotel, at that point everyone was very upset and tired. Th manager sent a van to the airport to pick them up.
At the pool < This wasn't a hotel that was suitable for a family."
