"Excelente servicio, al igual que el personal. Nuestro mayordomo Hector Matos fue sin dudas el mejor,estuvo atento a nosotros, nos hizo reservas de restaurantes, trato amable. Este hotel debe mantener el área de la barra del lazy river mas limpio, tiene un area, esquina izquierda de la barra muy sucia. Otro asuntio a mi entender es la animación, muy muy pobre, en nuestra estancia solo dos bailarines y el jefe o maestro de ceremonia. Necesita mejorar esa área, ya que otros hoteles visitados cuentan con mejor animacion por mucho. Por lo demas todo excelente"

"The food at the resort was amazing and was definitely the highlight of our stay. The restaurants offered a great variety of options, and the quality of the food exceeded our expectations. However, compared to other H10 hotels we have visited, there were not many activities or entertainment options available throughout the day and evening. The resort felt much quieter and offered less to do than we expected. There were also a lot of children throughout the resort, which may be great for families, but it was not the atmosphere we were looking for. Additionally, one of our rooms had a noticeable moldy smell that was unpleasant during our stay. The staff was friendly, and the property was generally clean and well maintained, but the lack of activities, the mold smell in our room, and the overall atmosphere prevented this from being a higher-rated experience. Overall, the food was excellent, but there are several areas that could be improved."

"I had a great stay overall. The entertainment was enjoyable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The food was okay nothing exceptional, but still satisfactory. The main downside was the number of mosquitoes around the property, so I would recommend bringing insect repellent or mosquito spray. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience and enjoyed our stay."

"Clean and modern resort. Many pools that were not too busy, did not have to fight to get beach chairs. Not a super busy party resort, better for relaxing. Excellent beach access to a clean beach with many chairs. Staff were all very nice. Great bar and coffee bar access. Food options a bit limited for a la carte on the Adults only resort, apparently we could have booked at the joint resort's restaurants. Amazing violinist played at the lounge one night!"

"Se demoraron cerca de una hora para atendernos en el Restaurante TORO, la carne del BBQ parecían sancochadas y con puro nervio, asimismo el restaurant Italiano la pasta a la Carbonara estaba insípida y aguada, la zona de la piscinas sólo tienen cerveza cañita que no sirve, sabe avinagre. No cuidan el detalle de las instalaciones, mal pintadas, chorreadas y mal acabadas, el Frigobar de estaba malogrado y nunca vinieron a repararlo, son demasiados exigentes queriendo convencerte para que puedas recibir una charla de Time Share"

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana All-Inclusive Resort

"I recently stayed at the Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana and overall, the experience was mixed. Starting with check-in, the process could have been handled better. The receptionist was not very transparent or proactive—while it’s understandable if upgrades or requests aren’t available, clearer communication would have made a big difference in setting expectations from the start. The food was one of the biggest disappointments. Out of all the options available, only about 1 out of every 8 dishes was actually good. Variety was there, but quality and consistency were lacking. At the lunch buffet, it was especially frustrating that they took around 30 minutes after opening to bring out the steak, which made it feel intentional—like guests were being pushed to fill up on other items first. Service overall needs improvement. While there were some standout servers who were genuinely attentive and kind, others came across as uninterested or not very friendly, which made the experience inconsistent depending on who you interacted with. As for the drinks, the alcohol selection is on the cheaper side, and you can definitely tell in both taste and quality. On a positive note, the property itself is nice, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious, even if a bit basic. In summary, the hotel has potential, but it falls short in key areas like food quality, service consistency, and overall guest experience. With some improvements, it could be a much better stay."
Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort - All Inclusive

"Hotel nice and the animation team excellent. The reservation for the restaurant did not like the way!! Restaurant Bellum food horrible and that night couldn’t eat well because just have a chance for the night. For the way off restaurant use I will give 1/2 star. Olivo restaurant the food was great and Jorge Nazil was 5 stars!! He treated us very nicely. He is the best!!! Beach was not nice to much salgazo"
