The hotel has a casino, a night club, 25m swimming pool, nice health club and a full service spa and massage salon. But you wont want to stay at the hotel, because there is no action of sorts on and around the location..."

"Excellent hotel. We stayed 3 nights. Perfect location for the sights of Hanoi. Staff did many things over and above expectations. A senior member of the hotel staff took care of many extra things for us, all in perfect English. Rooftop pool and restaurant are excellent. I’ll recommend this hotel to anyone."

"This hotel is in an excellent location. The atmosphere is quite colourful. The rooms are not very big but comfortable a enough. Great value for money. Fairly clean although a bit of noise from next door due to renovations. Above all, the best thing this hotel has is the Staff. 20/10 in customer service. That alone is enough reason to stay here again in the future. Every single staff member were fantastic and there service is hard to beat!"
