"We had a lovely ocean view and enjoyed the pool area. The restaurant was across the street via sky walk at the Hilton Garden Hotel. This hotel and the rooms need updating but was clean. Beds were soft but we didn’t mind. "

"Didn’t get in the pool or Jacuzzi. The front desk workers were very helpful. If you arrive early before your check in time don’t expect to get a room until original time. You can drop your luggage at the hotel and go to the beach or whatever until your room is ready. They do have lounge chairs, umbrellas at the beach. The beds were hard and our bathroom smelled like sewerage. Not sure what it was or what was happening. Did see some workers doing something but whatever it was it didn’t fix the smell that was coming out the shower. The facility was overall clean and the breakfast was good. "

"Located in the heart of San Juan, you need to book it! Public transportation is a breeze with multiple bus stops in super close proximity and plenty of iconic food options nearby less than 5 minutes away walking. The staff was all super nice and accommodating to us and our day to day needs. Beach is a 10 minute walk up the road from the hotel so you don't even need to go far. The option for parking in the back is there but because of the location of the hotel, you don't even need a car! Breakfast served is simple but just enough to fill and start your day! Elevator is a bit small but that was never a problem for us. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and our bed was always made when we came back. "

"I did enjoy daily yoga at the beach with Sulma, she is very professinal and knowledgeable. I wish there's more activities like dancing class, games, social..etc "

"Clean, spacious and stylish room. Private balcony overlooking the pool bar and had ocean view. Pool and hot tubs were really nice. Nice beach, but sea was a bit rough for swimming. Need a car for this location. Food was really good at the beach bar & grill. Staff were friendly. Overall great experience, would definitely go back."
