"Although they provided breakfast in the morning i wasn't feeling well and my wife went to bring me some back but was told no food taken back to the rooms."

"Room was very clean! Beds and linens were great. Grounds were not taken care of. We stayed there because of the pictures of the tennis courts, shuffle board and putting green. None of that is operational or there any more for at least 10+ years. Great location where you can walk to Kings dominion. But trash everywhere outside and run down. Dog poop, dirty diapers, broken glass and trash."

"The room was not clean. There were food items under the beds and the couch. There was no shampoo or body wash. They handed me body wash with no top and filled an empty bottle of shampoo that wasn’t meant for shampoo. The outlet by the bed doesn’t work and is coming out of the wall. There is rarely a staff member available at the desk, and they don’t answer the phone number given."

"The quality of the hotel does not stand up to the Wyndham name that you expect. The toilet seat was old had deep gashes in it like some body was scratching into it the shower was old and can tell it was of very long use place really can use some updating"

Breakfast was what you’d expect, with clean serving areas and food set up thoughtfully with safety in mind. The pool was a nice bonus, and having a gas station and restaurants nearby was convenient. Parking wasn’t free, but the cost was reasonable. I would have appreciated non-dairy milk options and hot chocolate, but overall it...

Since the property is not surrounded by other options for a meal, it made the stay disappointing. Having a faux Starbucks near the lobby, only open until 2 pm, was another odd aspect."

Construction workers worked during the night at 11pm and later and we could hear them sawing and banging on the floor below us. They are renovating the second floor and we were on the third floor. The next morning we came down for breakfast and was told they ended it at 9am due to no one come down prior to 9am. The room was decent but the overall look of the hotel and parking lot was not...
