"AC leaked water all over the floor, it worked well and staff told me it would be fixed the next day so I didn't switch rooms, of course it wasn't, i don't imagine they have a plan to fix it because the size of the hole in the AC unit where the water rusted the grate apart was about 6 inches wide so they gave me a bucket and extra towels. The pool was great, very well kept, playground was well kept, only things I would change is maybe the hotel could pick up the mountains of trash in the hallways...

"The cabinet where the refrigerator is located was about off the hinges. The headboard was scratched up. Then a train comes through early in the morning and disturbs your sleep but that’s not the worse!!! We woke up to ANTS in the bed. I went to the front desk quickly and was asked was I eating in the room? Are you serious!! I will never stay at this hotel again"

"Filthy!!!! Disgusting!!!!! They need new ownership and management at this location. The IGH brand is very much being negativity impacted. My husband said, this place seems like one of those hotels that you pay for by the hour. This place SUCKS Oh and on the hottest weekend in years the AC was broken in several rooms."

"A budget friendly hotel is not always a good option. A juice machine that did not work, stale cereal and no effort by staff to correct was quite disappointing."

"This property was very unique experience. They outrighttly said that they dont have my booking. After showing them the confirmation from expedia, they still refused and said how can they book the property. We dont have such rooms and we dont make money with them. After being told that I am traveling with 4 kids and need a night stay, they offered 2 beds and asked for $50 with no extra blankets. Horrible experience and I am going to spread this word across."

"The room was clean but there was roaches.that is my only complaint.i had brand new towels and wash cloths It was clean until I seen around the mini fridge.my fridge was leaking and there was a pool of water around in alone with piles of dirt"

"The hotel room was discusting. The sheets and linens and towels were all stained. There were hairs left on top of towels. The breakfast turned out to be only coffee. That's not a breakfast. We got in late and were happy to leave as quickly as possible. We didn't even want to shower. There weren't any shampoos or other toiletries available in the room either. This is the place you should stay if you have to for the afforability of it, but not by choice."

"My stay was not good. I had trouble getting into the room because the key reader was not reading the keycard properly and we had to keep trying for like 10 min to get the door to open every time we went out and in the room. I also did not get my room cleaned up when I was told it would be cleaned up and it never had the do not disturb sign on the door. I also had asked for extra blankets and towels for my room because the sofa bed needed blankets and I did not receive them until I had to go ask...
