"You must try the bathhouse when you stay, so clean and hot milky soaking water makes you feel SO soft after. Breakfast was good. Dinner at the restaurant on F2 was fantastic. Great staff. Convenient location near train stop. Bed was comfy. Everything well kept."

"The hotel is located conveniently near Dotonbori, so there are plenty of food and shopping options nearby. The hotel also has laundry service in-house, which is convenient. However, there are only 2 machines, so there are always line-ups to do laundry. The room is also very tight so the washroom situation might be awkward as it is right next to the bed."

"This hotel is in a convenient area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a corner room King REI and it was fantastic. The view at night was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. We received a warm welcome while celebrating our honeymoon and a hand decorated card from the hotel which was very much appreciated and a thoughtful touch. Would stay again. Highly recommend."

"Beautiful property - we booked this last minute for a great rate. It is a gorgeous property with spectacular views of Osaka - we stayed in a corner twin room. The restaurants are overpriced but the food and service are wonderful. Great overall location - can walk easily to shopping, Dontonbori and Osaka station. "

"Good location if anyone wants be close to actions. Huge hotel with a lot of room & group tourists (can be noisy). Property is dated, and initial cleaning wasn’t good (dust everywhere; had to wipe on my own before settling in) "

"Great location!!! Walkable to shops food and all the things!! Train station right down the street. Best location. Down side . It’s not sound proof you can hear everything!! The room needs an update lots of area are beat up. Staff was nice "

"Clean room, but very dark with poor lighting. Rooms were clearly converted for efficiency usage for travelers. No full bathroom, sink was in the main bed area. Our room was across from a night school and we could not keep the windows open while class was in session for privacy. Plugs and table side bed area was not convenient and phones needed to be charged away from sleeping area for one of us."

"Prime location that is unbeatable… smack in the middle of Dotonbori — The Glico Man sign is literally a 2 minute walk away , and there’s even a McDonalds right behind the hotel. Tons of shopping and local food spots within a 10-15 minute walking distance. The service is also impeccable. Arrived a bit early before check-in time, and the hotel allowed me to check in early at no extra charge, as the room was ready. Many other hotels like Hotel Gracery charge even for 20 minute early check-ins, so this was appreciated. The room was also spotless and surprisingly spacious — even larger than many of the hotels I’ve stayed in the U.S., let alone Japan where rooms are usually tiny. 5-star experience. Would recommend: 1) prime location 2) spacious, spotless room 3) amazing service"
