"I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Swissotel in Osaka and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is unbeatable, being right above the train station made getting around incredibly easy. It’s also just steps away from the incredible restaurants and bars/clubs in the Dotonbori area. The hotel itself is stunning, with excellent amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our visit. Their laundry service was also very quick and Very gaily priced. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."

"There’s a laundry service with a fee on the 11th floor with water dispenser. Cleaning of rooms is every other day. Difficult to operate remotes as it’s in Japanese. The doors of the loo are disgusting. "

"The only thing they need to improve is the lighting in the rooms. It was very dark with not enough lights"

"Everything was perfect accept for the laundry. The entire hotel has 2 laundry machines on the 2nd floor. The hotel posted a sign for people to remove their laundry immediately when done but many people don’t. They let hotel guest set a code for the machine so other guests can not remove the laundry but the owner. I guest it’s a good thing until the person forgot to remove the laundry and went for dinner or something. I would suggest the hotel to have a master override system or put a penalty fee for time people don’t remove their laundry. They will remember to set a timer for sure."

"This was our second stay at Hotel Nikko Osaka, breakfast was always great as always, staff was always helpful special mention to the concierge team and Manoj especially assisting on my family’s luggages on our departure. Hotel’s location is always convenient to walking distance to Dotonbori, Namba Area and Shinsaibashi Metro Subway Line. Airport Limo Bus to Kansai Airport was very useful as well just below the hotel, FYI it is first come basis prior midnight. Though we prefer the superior double room from our previous stay compared to the standard double room booked recently as it looked a bit older and may need touch ups. Either or it was another wonderful stay with my family in Osaka."

"This place is huge and felt very overwhelming. The breakfast wasn’t cleverly good. I would stick to 7 eleven and it took forever to get up or down sometimes as the place was so big! The onsen was nice and the location was ok. "
