I loved the pool with the pretty plants and open concept including the indoor/outdoor living space. The staff were so kind and gracious, taking care of us the whole time. I got sick while there and they were so great at checking in on me. "Honestly the only good thing about Hard Rock is the pool area. Kids loved that as they would any pool. The rest is outdated. The entire set up and trek to get to breakfast/pool/outside is a mission in itself. Do not rate the place for the money spent"

"Amazing experience overall. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a perfect mix of modern style and Balinese charm. The location is excellent, right by the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. My partner would have preferred slightly deeper pressure at the spa, but everything was still very high quality. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would absolutely come back again."
