"Overall this is nice property 8/10. Clean well manicured botanical grounds with a quiet large patio area with AMAZING SUSNET Views. Soothing crashing waves all day and night however NO immediate ocean swimming or beach access (drive / walk for that) No onsite food / bar NOT GOOD was having to punch in a 6 to10 digit code on a keypad EVERY TIME FOR EVERY pool gate, the 1 elevator and our condo door. "We just had a amazing vacation at the property. It is one of the best property for your budget. We choose to upgrade the oceanfront room with meal and valet parking. You must do it if you want to enjoy it most. Only one thing turn me down was the walls between rooms are not good enough. I could hear what other room said when they speak big at night.
