"This a was a large condo building on the water. There was plenty of parking and a security guard on premises. Every door uses a pass code to get in like room, pool, elevator, stairs ect. There are some people that use these condos for winter months. It was located close to downtown kona. "

"Our room on the street side neededsound proofing! The shutters don’t keep out the road noise and it was very noisy early and late. Difficult to sleep. Otherwise it was clean and had a great view. "

Beautiful property. Elevators were tricky and occasionally out of service. Room next to mine had a Toler breakage which flooded the hall way and ito the entry way of my room. Crew did what it could to dry it up. A nice stay with a couple of minor issues. "

"The room was comfy, bed was nice, no ac but plenty of fans and screened windows to let the ocean breeze make it comfortable. We stayed in unit 18. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The property landscaping is beautiful tropical. This is a very secluded and remote location and so quiet and relaxing. The room patio was perfect for sitting on the lounge chairs, seeing the ocean in the distance, but still able to see and hear the rough surf. "Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place.
