"I love the quick access to everything near Kona. Parking was easy. The pool was closed for remodeling during my stay but it was not an issue due to near beach access. There were no issues with cleaning every 2 days."

"The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Donna was there every day we were and it was a pleasure to see her. "Excellent property, and wonderful, helpful staff. We had an ocean front room, which was amazing. The pool is great for kids and adults alike. The property is also located a little away from the busy part of Ali’i drive, which makes it great to relax at the end of the day after a day full of activities but is conveniently located near beaches and grocery/convenient stores. I highly recommend the property to anyone planning a trip to Kona."

"This resort was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity. The only reason that I did not give it a perfect review was due to the really weird design of the window in the bedroom. It was a corner window that faced into the outdoor entrance to the condo. We always had to keep the blackout curtains tightly shut. Now, the patio on the other side facing the pool and the ocean made up for it. This is where we spent our time when we were in the condo. "We had the best time staying at Kona Tiki Hotel! We loved hearing the waves crash in at night and the slow-down island vibe of the hotel. Staff was super friendly, room was clean and had everything we needed, took advantage of the beach equipment and book shelf and enjoyed our time on the balcony overlooking the ocean. "This is an extraordinary place, beautifully nestled at the top of a narrow tree-lined road, designed to blend into the landscape. It's high, and the view of the sea is grand. Well appointed, with a salt-water pool and very nice communal areas. We stayed only one night, a stopover between Kona airport and the drive to Hilo. We left thinking we would like to stay again, perhaps stay two nights. Lovely hosts. "

"The place was very nice and in a great location. I found it strange that the host came by an knocked on the door an hour after we arrived (I had to jump out the shower to answer) and then asked me 5 times to let her know when we planned on leaving via text and with a note even tho the listing said checkout is at 10 am. Was a bit overwhelming and unnecessary. "
