"Location was fantastic! Room was dated so far back that the furniture looked like it had been left outside in the weather, Room had a very musty smell. There was an odor that was so bad on the 5th floor that smelled like a dead animal and when we brought this to the attention of management we were told that we are not sure what Expedia says but we are just a 3 Star Hotel and that sometimes animals get in the crawl spaces and die which could cause the odor come to find out that it was a room that had a severe roof leak that caused this odor. When we checked in with the front desk we were not welcomed to the hotel, instead we witnessed the Bell Hop Rocco completely disrespect a guest who asked for a cart to carry her luggage. If you could have witnessed what I observed with this idiot you would have been disgusted. I did recommend that Rocco should be fired for saying that the lady should get her own F’n luggage and that he hopes management writes him up again. By the way, when we checked out today Rocco was still employed. The ladies working the front desk were equally as rude and could care less about anyone checking in on April 9th. (Mandi and 1 other lady who worked early morning were great and very friendly). I am extremely angry that I paid for this dump of a hotel. Nice honeymoon for us…. NOT! "The elevator on our side was out of order. To find the office was confusing upon arrival. It was not explained anywhere that the condos are owned by a third party and Raintree is just a leasing Co. They even want you to remove all garbage from the unit, but there was no dumpster to be found. The view was nice yet the sofa was horrible and the refrigerator was rusted."

"Our room on the street side neededsound proofing! The shutters don’t keep out the road noise and it was very noisy early and late. Difficult to sleep. Otherwise it was clean and had a great view. "

"Beautiful ocean view room, but no AC, kitchen sink or tv despite being given kitchen towels & dish soap. Tarnished silverware in drawer to use…ew! TV for storm information would’ve been useful. AC would have made room more comfortable due to storm/rain making it impossible to leave windows open plus safety in sleeping leaving ground floor windows open & slider unsecure if left open. Roof tore off by storm during our stay. Had to evacuate but given no assistance in securing new accommodation nor a refund yet for our prepaid stay! "
