Room was extremely quiet and we didn’t hear a thing, until in the early hours of the morning other guests decided to bang hard on our door on the way to their room, which is obviously not great behaviour. "It was fairly hot even after having the AC turned down. My husband does exude heat but sleeping was very difficult due to this. Staff was very nice"

"If you are looking for a hotel at Terminal 5 in Heathrow there are closer options. You would think this property is located in the airport like the description states but this hotel is 20-25 minutes from the terminal and $60 in an Uber. We booked this as a quick overnight stay to take an early morning flight and were disappointed. While driving to the hotel we past at least 5 other hotels that were within 5-10 minutes. "For a solo traveller, if you need a clean and safe place to stay overnight, this place is sufficient. Room is tiny and one person could barely turn around. Bathroom and ac will be the amenities provided. Checkout was 10am so I barely could sleep in, also I heard clearly and constantly that neighbours’ doors were closed. Parking is at the back and a short walk to Thames river and train station. Staffs were friendly. Anyway you paid for what you got."
