"The hotel lost power due to a storm around 8 PM. Although there was a generator, it only supported emergency lighting. There was no elevator service (we were on the 5th floor), no power in the rooms to charge phones, and no air conditioning and the windows wouldn't open.
The property itself feels quite dated. While it’s clear there have been attempts to make upgrades, they don’t fully offset the overall old hotel feel.
We couldn't take advantage of the breakfast included in our 200+ per night rate. "

"I was in town during a storm that took out powered to the hotel. There was no way to contact the front desk and there was no info posted on the website. It was like the staff forgot they had guests"

2/10 Terrible
"Horrible! The staff was extremely rude and bathroom was disgusting. People hanging around check-in counter when I checked in. No power all night due to storm which is understandable but at 10:30 am someone was knocking at my door saying it was time to check out(check out was at 11) "
"When we checked in our room was dirty with no staff to help. Wrong room was provided after 45min of confirming 2 weeks prior. Roof was leaking. Floor was sticky. Pool was out of order. Weight room is out the 70’s. Not worth staying"
"Not the hotels fault...
Major storm came thru late evening and took down trees, fences, and the HVAC on the roof of the hotel, which then somehow ripped a gas line.
Near 11:30pm, maintenance pounded on the door telling us to vacate our room and meet in the lobby.
After we managed to find our way down stairs (no assistance) and waiting 20-30 minutes for some information, we were told that all was clear and we could return to our room... No power, heat, AC.
Power was restored around 8:00am, but no hot water.
Eventful night and a story to tell."
