"We got a city view king bedroom. Very clean and cozy hotel. Location is ideal with only a short walking distance from the downtown square. Be prepared to pay steep prices if you want to park in the parking building tho! Courteous and friendly front desk staff. Definitely worth the price I paid (minus the parking)"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was great. We booked a suite and it was super nice. Plenty of room, really great views of Playhouse Square, including the chandelier! The room was clean and very comfortable. We sat at the bar and had drinks and an appetizer. The wait staff did a great job - everyone seemed happy and the vibe was inviting. The drinks were really good too! The Crowne Plaza is the place to stay when experiencing...

"My entire stay was great! It's located near downtown next to Cleveland State University and Playhouse Theater. Also located near by within 5 -10 minutes is downtown Clevelend, the Flats, the Cavaliers basketball arena and Guardians baseball stadiums. Parking is $14 per day and they do have a buffet breakfast avaliable from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.The staff was professional, pleasant, helpful and I would definitely recommended this hotel to anyone. "
