"Great suite on the top floor with balcony, huge!"

"The property was very nice. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating- Robert, Omar, Rose and Enoke were great!"

"A little rough around the edges, needs some maintenance and cleaning , great location to cruise terminal"

"This was a nice property to stay at! We enjoyed the pool and the convenient location to restaurants and bars. Our room was located next to the elevator but we didn’t hear anything! The bed was so comfortable!"

"The price of an expensive resort without the cleanliness or kindness. The hallways smelled like cigarettes on my floor, I was treated so poorly by the front desk staff that I almost checked out early and got a new hotel, and I was there for five days without anyone bothering to come clean the room. I’m also disabled and have uncontrollable muscle spasms sometimes. This flared up, yet they still wouldn’t let the delivery person come up to my room or get someone from the hotel to do it. No help....

"Major construction in front of property. Had to call the desk several times before someone picked up to get directions to enter property. Carpet in the room was old and dirty. The furnitures had several chipped areas. So disappointing for a Hilton property! Not worth the trouble and cost! The only thing good was the inter coastal view was beautiful."

"Good things to do nice rooms"

"The hotel was under construction! This was not disclosed and one day the front entrance was blocked off and i was redirected to the back of the building to enter. The staff was very helpful however."

"No pop/snack vending machines, no complementary breakfast, no private balcony(room on 2nd floor and balcony patio shared with everyone along the huge patio. Anyone could walk past and see inside your room) Rooms were very nice, staff was friendly and helpful, especially when storing bags until room was ready and when getting in or out of cars. They had a gazebo on the roof that had a great view to take pictures. Overall I would give it an 7.5 out of 10"

"The staff was very helpful but the first room they put us in was not clean. They properly put us in a different room. The bartender was very informative and concert any issues with our stay. Well done."
