"The staff was wonderful and the hotel conveniently located near great restaurants and bars. The rooms were well appointed and clean. My only complaint was the constant glass recycling noise by nearby restaurants and bars (our room was facing west). The noise seemed to go on several times a day. Also the Tesla "test" drive was a fun perk!"

"Suite was spacious, clean. Reception staff were professional & pleasant. Parking garage a plus. Good location. Elevator floor tile is crumbling, concerned about tripping.
I requested fresh wash rags 3 times before receiving fresh bath & hand towels—never received the new wash rags. Breakfast is less to be desired & the employee seemed bothered when I requested napkins, forks, a plate, as there weren’t any out (she was sweeping the floors at that time). Fitness center is very minimal—could use...

"We stayed here for two nights, and unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. We arrived at 3:30 p.m., only to find a long line at check-in and discover that our room still wasn’t ready, even though check-in was at 3:00 p.m. We were told we would receive a phone call once the room was ready, so we decided to go grab something to eat while we waited.
When we tried to leave the parking lot, we discovered that a sticker was required on our parking ticket to exit, which was...
