"My husband and I recently stayed at the Grand Bohemian Orlando Autograph Collection and we were absolutely blown away by our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s stunning décor and elegant atmosphere. The photos online simply do not do this property justice. It is far more beautiful, warm, and inviting in person than we ever expected. The level of customer service truly enhanced our experience. "The idea of the landing is great but the building needs to do a better job with cleaning and maintenance the apartment better. . The place wasn’t the cleanest , a roach came from behind the stove while cooking , its holes in the doors , the shower makes a weird noise as if water is going to gush out at any moment, one of the window don’t completely close so you can hear all the outside noise . . overall the place is okay. . Keel in mind it is downtown Orlando next to a bus terminal so sleep is...

"We stayed there for 2 nights on 7/29-7/31. We kept getting awaken by ongoing alarm which we thought was fire alarm on the night of check in. We notified the front desk and was told someone would check on it but didn't. The same alarm went off again the following night (our last night). We called downstairs again and they were able to check on it this time. Alarm turned out to he smoke alarm. We didn't make a fuss out of it. They waived our parking fee which we thought was better than nothing....

"This is my favorite hotel by far when traveling to Orlando before a cruise from Port Canaveral ! Staff are amazing and the hotel is very accommodating. Strongly recommend !"
