"Main pool closed leaving the smaller pool over crowded. Some staff not helpful and cared too much about commission. Took some time to find the actual elevator to reach atrium level. "

"Hotel was very nice, check in was great. Mario was the person who helped us at the front desk, and he greeted us with a big smile. We ate dinner at the Landing Bar, food was good, atmosphere was also good. "

"My first upgraded room with a pool view had a freaking tree blocking the entire view. Carpet was extremely filthy. I was moved to a normal room after having to bring my things back down even though i was told to leave them in the room. Still charged for upgraded room. Never again Paris hotel."
