"This is the third time I've stayed here that I've had issues. Water pressure waspoor, no hot water, the hot tub has been roped off during my last two visits which were months apart. Not sure that I will stay here next time I'm in town."

"Lobby, staff, bar, pool - excellent. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the room..the drains in the bathroom sink and shower stunk everytime we ran water. The pullout bed and bed in the main room were comfy though."

"Check-in at 4pm is a wait in a long queue. Room was still being cleaned when I got to it, moved to another room overlooking parking lot, unpacked, in the bathroom when a couple walked in having been checked into my room. Moved again, but in fairness to a room overlooking pool with better bathroom. Pool was nice and clean. Kids still playing in pool and noise at 10:30pm. Staff friendly. Shane was very helpful. For the price of the basic room the standard was to be expected. Try the Rosen...

The staff was welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The pool area was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando!"
