"Can't say much about this stay (in the best way possible)! Clean/new rooms, lots of restaurants on property and nearby, nice pool, nice staff, no issues whatsoever. Will absolutely consider staying here again!"

"Breakfast - After day 2, you realise the selection doesn’t differ and you’re left eating from a limited range of foods. The breakfast area is like a morgue, soulless. We ultimately gave up and went to the local Denny’s instead. The room - Bring plenty of socks. The floor maybe hoovered (when housekeeping attends every other day) but is it clean? Nope. The floor doesn’t see a mop. So whether you’re bare foot or wearing socks, they both go black very quickly. The other major flaw with the room...

"The good: The location was incredibly convenient for the convention center. We were able to walk the mile to get there each day. The hotel was off the main street so it was quiet. The staff was incredibly cheerful and helpful. The not so good: I prepaid for breakfast and I wish I hadn’t. The food was meh. The second and third days I had to request that the items I ordered came with everything described on the menu because the first day they left items out. It didn’t feel worth it to pay $50...

"4 star property + 2 star management = 2 star, not 3 or whatever it is ranked. First upon check in policy is clean your room every other day whereas optional every day is the Hilton Marriott standard but apparently not Loews. I see a patterns with Loews management group to cut corners on management and place customers in awkward situations. Second, no room service while hosting an international tech conference with people working all hours…. Will not have staff at front desk to help or anyone...
