"We found everything at the hotel superb. From the excellent food to the villa’s private pool. The villa was pure luxury. Service was flawless and always with a smile and personal touch. The spa was the best my wife has ever visited. We were made to feel part of “the family”: in the best of ways. Thoroughly recommended. (We were there for seven nights: seven nights too short!)"

"I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, you have to take over 200 stairs down to the hotel. I had somebody sleeping outside my door in a cubby. It’s the weirdest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. However, the views were spectacular. I didn’t get in there until late in the evening and it was kind of scary trying to figure out where my room and reception area was. My room smelled the bathroom was located down in a little dungeon area. "

"We had a great stay at Cross Bali Breakers. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was clean and spacious, and we stayed in one of the private pool villas which was lovely and definitely worth it. The main pool area is also very nice and a great place to relax. Overall, a really enjoyable stay. The only thing to consider is the location- it’s quite far from many of the main activities, and the roads in the area are quite old and full of potholes, which can make getting around a bit more difficult. If you’re visiting during the rainy season, there isn’t a huge amount to do nearby, so it’s worth keeping that in mind when planning your stay."

"Our stay was incredible! The staff were so amazing and helpful! We were able to arrange transport to and from the airport with Jimmy! Adit was so kind to welcome us when we arrived and explained everything to us! The property was incredible. Our room was spectacular, such a dream! The location is a close walk to lots of cafes and shopping as well. Highly recommend this place to stay! We so hope to be back!"
