"The bathroom was dirty. Dirt and grime at the corners of the shower and walls. Dirt around toilet. I don’t think this has been cleaned in months. No air conditioning I. Hallways. Only 1 elevator in operation. Ice machine also out of order. Restaurant closed on Sunday. Parking lot pot holed!"

"I arrived a day late then my check in date I arrived in my room with a terrible smell and the room a mess and dirty, the beds were stained and messed up, the bathrooms were dirty, the trash was full and with a strange smell in the room. If I had arrived early then I wouldn’t have an issue because I didn’t give them the proper time to clean the room. "Very well-maintained property at a good location, near Seneca Lake and downtown restaurants. Rooms were well kept. I liked the breakfast and wish there were veg options (no-egg) in the sandwich and rolls. Overall, very good value for the price you pay."

"The entire staff was very polite and kind. Our room wasn't very well equipped, but it was very clean. The tissue box was completely empty (not like it had a few tissues left...so it should not have been missed). We had to ask for tissues, toilet paper, and body wash - just for a 2 day stay."

They're redoing the heating system and the AC and you can't get your room any cooler than 70° we had it turned down to 60 and it was very uncomfortable for all. My friend had a medical problem it needed it cooler and they were unable to accommodate us. They also were not able to give us any credit back or make it"
