"Love this hotel. Excellent staff, beautiful rooms, fantastic dining. This hotel is also perfect if you have a rental car you need to park. We chose this hotel due to its position in between the airport and Dublin center. It’s a 20-30 min walk to Dublin center or a quick cab ride, and it’s a 15 min car ride to the Dublin airport."

"As an American visiting Dublin for the first time, I had a great overall experience. One tip if arriving late: after the pub closes, all the doors may look locked and it can be alarming! Just ring the doorbell on one of the doors to the left of the bar doors and someone will let you in. Check-in was simple, and the same person showed me to my room.
The location is very convenient, with the bus station literally in front. Bus fares vary, so having coins helps. The staff were very kind—when I...

"The hotel looked great and great location. The room was spacious and the front desk staff were extremely helpful. Unfortunatley the water in shower was not very warm, there was a stong musty/moldy odour in the hallway and the stair case steps where extremely narrow and steep."

"Room was clean. However hotel room was extremely loud. No carpet in the hallway or rooms and there was a gap under the door. I’ve also noticed when using Expedia to book a room you get a less than desirable view. Many of the tours around Dublin start 7 am and the hotel does not open for breakfast until 6:45 am. I would select another hotel on future visits to Dublin."

"I stayed there twice over 10 days of my trip. The first night's stay was comfortable but super noisy. My room was on the first floor above the alley, apparently where the deliveries were made because there was a lot of vehicle noise and movement throughout the night. When i returned for the second set of nights, i requested a quieter room and it ended up being much better. The manager (i think) seemed pur out by my request, but she complied and i was much happier. Breakfast was amazing,...

"The staff in the bar/restaurant were very friendly but seemed inexperienced. The bar did not have lemons to make cocktails.
The room HVAC (Room 336) kept turning itself back to 22 degrees or OFF, waking us up in the middle of the night because it was hot and humid.
Although we knew the room was small, the bed without any sides to get out was extremely uncomfortable."
