"Excellent hotel and stay. The staff were exceptional ! Front of house, restaurants and at pool/beach. Also the management. I have stayed with every type of five star Hotel from Four seasons, Jumeirah, Hilton, JW Marriott, le Meridian, Sheraton, intercontinental and many individuals world class hotels. Top hotels is always about the staff and management. We stayed at the Kempinski in Vienna which was great and this Kempinski was fantastic on the palm. Thank you !!"
