"All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. All freshly cooked. Freshly baked cakes and biscuits available alongside hot and cold drinks all day in the lounge area. Very convenient for the Dart station and walking distance of high quality restaurants. An excellent hotel. I would unhesitatingly recommend this hotel to anyone."

"This property is not at all what is shown on the website. The room we were given was the size of a walk in closet. When you open the door, it touches the bed. You only have two feet to walk around it. You could literally touch the bed and be in the washroom at the same time. The window was small, high up and dirty around the edges. "My daughter and I spent 4 nights at the Waterloo during our recent visit to Dublin. Great location with easy access to transit, clean and quiet, great staff. Beautiful decor. Highly recommended."

Auch die Bushaltestelle ist in direkter Nähe, sodass man nach ca. 20 Minuten Fahrtzeit in der Innenstadt ist. Ein...

"The staff on the property were wonderful....very accomodating to personal needs particlarly as they related to my wife's health issues. We cannot thank them enough."

"Good location. Shopping and restaurants and walking distance."

"Our stay here was short but sweet. We absolutely loved the location and our room was in immaculate condition. Our only regret is not staying here longer. We will be back next time we are visiting Dublin!"

"Great location, next to trams. Overall pretty good."

"This is a lovely boutique hotel - dog friendly, which I wish I’d known! - in a perfect location in the beautiful neighborhood of Ballsbridge. I needed a comfortable but affordable place w/in walking distance of the US Embassy for a very early appointment & the Pembroke was perfect & the room & breakfast were lovely. My only criticism is the skeleton staff. I arrived at 7:00 PM & it was right at the tail end of a downpour. I stopped on the street & put my hazards on, then dragged 2 of my 3 small...
