"Our first visit, great property and location. We were unaware that there were no elevators, We booked the reservation through Expedia and if the elevator situation was listed, then I should have read everything a little better. After taking our luggage up one flight of stairs, we settled in and had a pleasant visit. For older guests, this may be something to consider."

"Our stay at Sierra House was great. We were visiting over the July 4th holiday and stayed in their new buildings. The forest view was stunning from the top floor and the rooms were brand new, clean and very tastefully decorated. "I ended up in a room next to their laundry room for the facilities, employees were washing at 11pm, the bed was shaking and noisy while they were doing their work. Nobody at office so, I called the number for the hotel, the employees who answered the phone call was upset because of the time, she hanged up. I couldn’t sleep well."
