"Staffs are awesome"

"The room was very clean and had everything we needed ( except a hairdryer). Staff were lovely and friendly. Nice atmosphere! We would not hesitate to stay here again as the location was also close to family and a leisurely bus ride into Town. (Princes St etc...). "

"The room was a great size, the shower was fantastic, and the room was clean and fresh. It was quiet at night giving a peaceful sleep. The gentleman at the reception when we arrived was proffessional and helpful. The only thing i wished was that there was more seating areas to relax in near the bar and restaurant. "You couldn't fault the apartment, super clean and breakfast was great value . Only issue was the door fob didn't work and staff where great in dealing with the issue and couldn't do enough for us nothing was to much for them . "

"Sorry that there was no elevator, but because it is an historical property, it can not be installed. Staff was wonderful and breakfast and the room it was served was beautiful. Well worth the money if you can do 47 steps to the top floor. Were in our late 70’s and we did it!!!! Great spot and great people running it."
