"The only issue we had was there was no one to check us in, The contact numbers we had no one answered. We actually felt like we were trespassing. After driving around for an hour someone finally returned our call & messages and arranged to meet us. We had almost given up & were going to go home. Having said that we ended up having a really enjoyable stay :)"

"The house is beautiful and in a lovley area. Everything was spotless and communication with the landlord was great. I'm sure we had a bottle of wine waiting for us on our previous visit but this was sadly missed on this occasion. Despite this we will definitely be visiting again 😁 Thank you x"

We would have appreciated a welcoming smile as well as being told the relevant information. - The menu needs to be updated to show what is actually served. The phone number that was with the booking was supposed to be a helpdesk with the operator being anything but helpful. We had a look for help at the property but could not find anyone on two separate occasions; we were also astounded to discover that the accommodation was in the middle of a wedding venue and NOT the wedding we were attending. Lights and bathroom tap were on timing sensors and both were a bit annoying particularly the tap when you were trying to fill a jug for the kettle. Bedclothing was a bit tired and there were only 2 fairly flat pillows on a standard size double bed. The thing I really didn’t like though was the musty smell of bedding...
