"My sister and I love coming to the Lincoln Hotel and have stayed over the course of many years. This time our visit was especially good, largely in part because the staff on Reception were so courteous, welcoming and efficient. Greeted and explained everything including how if I take my card over to the restaurant I will get a discount on food, I have been many times before but never been told this. The card didn't work at first and the lady at reception worked quickly and efficiently to solve the issue and gave me a working card.
