"We booked this through hotels.com and we got a confirmation however they did not nor did they receive payment.
We arrived and the host Valentina was waiting for us (because we called). She graciously let us in the gates and showed us one of two rooms to choose from which either one was fine. We were hungry and Valentina recommended a nearby restaurant that had great food.
We woke up to a beautiful continental breakfast which tasted amazing and a latte. It was really foggy and we had to rush...

"I did a mother daughter trip with my 13 year old. We loved this hotel as it was clean, quiet and relaxing. The staff are very kind and we loved the little shuttle guy. If your looking to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Venice and want a nice pool this is ur place. The hotel has a shuttle to the train and it's 2 stops into Venice. Takes about 30 minutes by train and costs 7.90 euro for 2 ppl. The breakfast was delicious, huge variety and very fresh. Only downfall is the pool closes at 8pm. "

"This is the cutest place to stay. We were only there for one night with a very early morning flight, but we enjoyed our stay. There was a massive electrical storm during the night, and the huts still offered good protection. At one point there was a loud pop as though something was struck by lightning, but the power stayed on and we were safe. The night before, we enjoyed a take out dinner on the veranda. The only negative is that there is not much by way of food around if you have no car....

"Great stay on the very peaceful island of Burano that is a short water bus ride from Venice. If you stay here, do yourself a favor and eat in the Osteria Restaurant and order the five course entree. It is a bit pricey but well worth it. They accommodated as vegetarians. They make their own wine from grapes grown on the property and the meal was complimented with 4 wine pairings that were very unique. We return there every year for a night or two"

"Hermosa habitación todo muy limpio y cuidado. Nos dejaron una botella de vino y unas galletas además de un mensaje de bienvenida lo que te hace sentir como en casa. La ubicación es excelente. Hay café de cápsulas gratis. En fin muchos detalles. Todo es nuevo y la cama muy cómoda. El único problema que la hora de salida sea a las 10 am me parece muy temprano y que el check in sea tan limitado pues solo puedes llegar antes de las 18:30 pero en general todo está muy bien y lo recomiendo...
