"I have stayed at Xanadu many times in the last 15 years. Although the hotel change ownership and the wonderful Chinese restaurant is no longer in operation, everything else remains well and good.
Many staff came and gone in the 15 years, but the service standard remains excellent.
Bed and bedroom are still larger than most hotels in London. And comfortable. I still get my hot chocolate and biscuits in the room. In the old days they provide Walker Scottish buttee biscuits. Now is English...

"This was a beautiful hotel with a cool and modern cinema theme. Easy walk to tube. We used this location when visiting London for Oasis at Wembley and it was perfect. We got a bus from Wembley to the hotel no problem and avoided the masses heading to tube. Breakfast was also very nice."

"Myself and my daughter stayed here when going to Wembley to watch Black Pink. The hotel was convenient for transfers to the stadium. The staff were very helpful the rooms were very nice and clean and the complimentary breakfast had a variety of options even for a fussy eater like my daughter. Would definitely stay again if going to a concert. Also very convenient and close to Westfield shopping centre which is well worth a visit if you love to shop. "
"Their check in process is so easy! You can do it yourself through self-service machines they have in the lobby. If you get stuck, the personnel is prompt and kind to offer assistance.
The location is amazing with public transportation right in front of the hotel.
The food was pretty good and not outrageously pricy for a hotel.

"My first priority is cleanliness, & that gets a 10/10. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a little flat. No food options in the hotel. Teas, coffee, water in room for free. There is a lovely pub a short few minutes walk away & 2 grocery markets. North Ealing tube station is about a 5 min. walk from hotel. This is the Piccadilly line which takes you directly to Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden, etc.

"Really nice hotel. It was easy to park and it’s right on the Hanger Lane tube station. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast selection was really good. We were told breakfast was until 10.30 but we went down late one morning (so our own fault) and it was being cleared away at 10.15, just something to be mindful of.
