"Great stay at the Bob W London! We arrived early from Sydney but were able to store our bags safely before heading out. Great location, quiet street but close to everything we needed. Comfortable and a nice retreat from full days of exploring London!"

"The property was clean. The staff were really helpful. The property is only about 10mins walk from Norwich city centre. We liked the room and appreciated that we could make our own meals if we wanted to. The room even had a washing machine. The only issue was there were less parking spaces than rooms which meant we were reluctant to drive anywhere once we had checked in as we may not have been able to park when we returned to the property."

I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. "I stayed on the eve of the Norfolk show when every hotel in Norwich is booked solid. St Giles had a very expensive room left and I was forced to take it as I was in Norwich for work. The hotel is housed in a lovely building with an impossible to find, “on-site” car park (which they charge an extra £10 for!!) "Shared shower and toilet w neighboring room. This was NOT clear when I made reservation. Never would have stayed there if I knew that. Also, it’s attached to apartment buildings, my windowed faced their entryways, so I couldn’t leave my window open, as the motion sensor light kept coming on until 2 am because there were people in and out of that area, noisy. Not a safe feeling at all. Yuck."

"Single room in attic in June, half price for a reason, baking hot. Room clean and with good shower but cramped space in batbrom,but in room information folder needs a wipe down or replacing, light above sink would not switch on. Weird check in via a Ring call bell, didn't see a human during check I nor check out. Skipped breakfast as they seemed confused when I mentioned it via Ring doorbell. As a single female I would like a way to bolt or block door from inside in order to feel safe but...

"Only good thing was it's distance from railstation...hotel was dated and very depressing and above a nightclub...rooms on floors 1 & 2 no lift...no breakfast available although supermarket opposite"

"Hotel was attached to the football stadium and found that it was quiet when I visited in June.Room was okay,just a nosey toilet cistern which the manager was going to get sorted. Only gripe was bedroom menu for the downstairs restaurant indicated fish pie, but when I went down to order it was a different menu. All in all a good hotel"

"There’s a strange way of getting to some of the rooms where you have to go downstairs before eventually climbing back up. The hotel itself is very well maintained although I’d wonder if the golf course sometimes takes a little of the priority."
