Khách sạn Earlswood

"Ideal location, great room and fabulous breakfast"

"Continues to be a deservedly 5* experience albeit the overall style of the property feels pretty dated at this point. Staff are excellent but overwhelmed at busy times."

"Room not aging well. Stained carpet. Bed linen clean. Towels clean. Shower ok."

"Very clean room, very comfortable bed. Bathroom is lovely and shower is great. Hallways are a little dated decor wise but apart from this all good. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Over night car park charge of £16. Did not dine in restaurant on this occasion or use the leisure facilities as we’re visiting friends. Would happily stay again."

"Lovely room, great food and service brilliant!"

"Rooms in The Manor are tired and in need of decorating. Bathrooms look fairly new which is great but the actual bedrooms at usually £148 a night are in dire need of updating. We had no hot water for the first night as there was a problem with the boiler. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, but I feel they hear a lot of the same complaints most of the time. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. The shuttle service was great too but the car parking charges are excessive!! Drinks at the bar...

"Wonderful accommodations in a most beautiful part of our world. The building is very old and this is not perfect. For us it was perfect. An excellent breakfast each morning and dinner and pints in the evening. Plenty to see nearby. We look forward to visiting again."

"Quirky property, lovely log fire, helpful staff. Good food. Dogs very well catered for. Would have preferred a groundfloor room, which was originally allocated, but ended up in a first floor room. Lot of noise from heavy traffic at the rear of the property which can be heard in the room"

"All the staff went over an above to make our stay really relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing was to much trouble. Good ol fashioned service, for us it has set the benchmark that others will be judged by."

"A lovely hotel at the heart of Wye valley. Barry and Suzy were lovely host with their greetings and service. Delicious breakfast. Clean room. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to explore Chepstow and the historic Tintern Abbey."

"Amazing location. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but managed to find a spot. The pub in the hotel felt like a locals spot and was amazing to sit and watch a football match. The room was nice for the night we stayed."

"Enjoyable stay"

"thank you"

"We had a lovely overnight night stay at the Wallace. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and tidy with tea, coffee and Welsh cakes. The pub was inviting with roaring log burner which gave extra coziness. The evening meal was delicious😋 The best local sourced fillet steak which was cooked to perfection. Full English breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay again"

"Staff very helpful food fair price good quality Parking plentyful"
