"Stayed here over the bank holiday as a family of 4. The hotel itself is nice and the outside space is green and relaxing. However, we were given a very hot top-floor room during 28°C weather, with no air conditioning and windows that barely opened. The fan provided did not help and none of us could sleep. "Absolutely perfect stay. Greeted with warmth and kindness from the owners and also departed with the same warmth and kindness. During my stay nothing was too much trouble if I needed it. Idyllic location near to Worthing centre and also Cissbury Ring landmark. Great transport links. "Nice clean caravan, adequate for our needs. We'll equipped and good working order. TV reception poor if you require that but overall agood stay. Great location for supermarkets and retail park. Short drive to Bognor seafront."
