"Stayed for one night. Clean and comfortable."

"Rooms do not have coffee makers, the free breakfast is devoid of protein, and the fitness center out of order. That said, the rooms are adequate if you are out and about all day needing only a place to shower and sleep, the hotel is in a convenient location, at moderate cost."

"I had the King suite and it was very roomy and comfortable for an extended stay. The bed was very comfortable and housekeeping made up the room daily. The breakfast was minimal but filling. Staff interactions were pleasant and everyone was helpful with suggestions for places to eat in the local area. Nice clean facility and I would stay here again."

"Staff that stares when you say good morning. Only water source is your bathroom sink. Begger junkies on the street corners, loud arguing lateinto the night that wakes you, police sirens every night, I found a used needle in the parking lot. Dripping faucet, water damage on ceiling and walls, stained carpet, WiFi worse than the hotspot offered by my iPhone, low resolution cable that keeps freezing. Never again. Avoid this filthy hotel."

"Usually good. Staff was polite but robotic. Hot water & coffee were cold in the evening. This was the first time Hampton Inn was not 5 star!"

"Pull into the parking lot and you can tell right away it’s the place to bring a prost itute or find drugs. Was approached by a black man as soon as I stopped my vehicle! Trash and filth surrounding the building. Stained and dirty walls. Stained and dirty sheets, mattress protectors, and mattress. Ancient heater and ac that looked hazardous. Disgusting and unsafe."

"I got bit by bedbugs while staying there for the night. I had to go to the hospital to get treatment."

"I ended up really sick and couldn’t go. I have Alpha Gal. I ordered take out the night before and didn’t know the fries were cooked in talo. Since it was non-refundable and the last time something like this happened, there’s no phone number to call. Hilton said if I booked through them, they would have helped me change it and not be penalized. Since this one and last time you booked the wrong date, I’m out $500. I will not use your service anymore. You were $30 cheaper than if I booked direct...

"I stay here every time I come to Albany because the staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s the little things- moving things around to put my rooms together even though I forgot to ask ahead of time, keeping the breakfast area stocked and clean, putting a luggage cart outside of my room for my early flight. Sure, things are a little old and could use a renovation, but it’s clean and the property is well cared for. ****The hot tub has been out of service all Spring 2026."

"The bed was a bit firm, but comfy, clean linens/towels- which was good. Shower was clean. But rooms need updating and deep cleaning- the lamp was covered in dust, and the windowsill in the bathroom was super dirty. Soap rack is completely rusty. It was okay for a night to stay- bed was clean - which is important, but they definitely need to clean way better!"
