"Our room didn't have air. The people next door to us were so loud (after 11pm). When we approached the front desk, they acted like we were lying about the noise. Said there were no other rooms available. Eventually they changed our room at midnight. It was ridiculous. The pool room is tiny. Not a good experience."

Parking was easy, although you have to pay nightly. Close access to a lot of places to eat and easy highway access. We came to see University of Denver and it is a 7-minute easy drive. The elderly front desk employee doesn't seem thrilled with her job with eye rolls about soccer players in town, rude...

"Avoid This Hotel at All Costs. The building has 8 floors and only 2 elevators — and unbelievably, one of them was out of service for about 10 days. Every morning meant a 10 minute wait just to get downstairs. On the day we checked out, both elevators were broken, forcing us (2 Senior Citizens) to carry our luggage down multiple flights of stairs. There is zero maintenance and clearly nobody cares.
