"Nice hotel, friendly and professional staff, didn't eat in the restaurant this time. The only downside is the room sizes - they are very small, the sizes quoted include the bathroom. We booked a standard double which is advertised as sleeping 3. We actually passed comment at reception who confirmed the double is only suitable for 2. "Room did not match the photos
The beds were that close together there was so room to put your legs out
The headboard didn’t match the beds so your head hit the wall
The bed hand a duvet under the sheet but not the whole way so there was a dip at the top of the bed.
The room was freezing, scanned the qr code to request help, no response. Told the front desk and they send up a heater said they would get someone to look at it didn’t come. Bathroom freezing. It was a really stormy night
There...

"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. All the beds were broken in some way & extremely uncomfortable, no decent nights sleep were had by the 6 of us. 1 room had a burnt out extension lead. Dark coloured futon with...
