"I was denied entry as the booking was apparently not shared with the proprietor. Validation code was not recognised. No help was available and I spent a very cold night ‘sleeping’ in the car. Absolutely disgraceful. "

We were helped with early breakfasts, spa services and understanding how to call an early taxi to get us to the airport. "I received an email from the host with accurate check-in information 1 day prior to check in. The breakfast was very minimal with toast being the only hot food offered. The windows in the room opened, allowing a nice breeze. The bed was soft and moderately comfortable. The view of the Sterling streets was nice and the property is within a 15 minute walk of the sterling castle. Be advised of spiral staircases making it difficult to get luggage larger than carry-on size up to the room. "
