"Ended up having to have a late check in and they were accommodating, for a fee which was lined in the rules. However the heater in the room didn’t work, the wifi was weak and could not connect. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling. You can hear every door opening and closing, the exit door is right in front of the room, so you hear that slamming each time. The room is a little much for what it is but if it is just a place to sleep, then this it is perfect. It’s a nice area and it’s close to...

"Staff were great, really nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Could maybe do with refreshing the bedrooms and better Wi-Fi but would stay here again."

"So it was the cheapest hotel in and around Glasgow so we booked it. It advertised check in from 1400 onwards, and didnt say there was a time you couldnt check in afterwards with that. We had a day out, train was due back into Glasgow at 2143, got back around 2200, got a train to Hamilton West, walked to hotel, got there around 11, and we saw it was locked with no way in. "This was a great value bed for the night. We were in Blantyre for a birthday party and this location was a convenient 10 minute walk from the station and 15 minute walk to the party menu. The room is very basic but has TV and coffee/tea available. The room is over a pub but the pub was closed when we returned from our event. For basic needs at a very fair price this is a good choice but would not suit people looking for Premier Inn style comfort."

"Scott was a delightful host. The breakfast was a true highlight. The room was cozy and comfortable. The private bath was a welcome amenity! Additionally, his advice on transportation and navigation in and out of the city was invaluable!"

"Just don’t"
