My room had no TV remote so I picked up the sheet with the various comtact numbers on it only to discover my room also had no phone. I called reception from my cell and after 3 or 4 hangups reception suggested i go back to the front desk and get another remote. Did this and lo and behold that didnt work either. "Parking is easy and convenient. Attached via an elevator. The room was clean. Lots of options for food in the downtown area. The staff was very friendly and offered us cookies on check in and check out. "

"A beautiful hotel to stay in located in the heart of West Hartford. The helpful staff and easy valet parking make any visit even more enjoyable. The breakfast is always delicious and we look forward to that part of our trip! The rooms are clean, tidy and very comfortable. The well appointed gym is a nice plus. Cannot wait for our next trip!!!!"

"To be with, the bathroom was not clean at all. The tub and walls were dirty and there was a dirt ring around the tub suggesting it was not clean properly or at all. The hall way and walls were dirty, so was the carpet in the reception area."

"The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms spacious. However, there was no open breakfast, as advertised, just a grab and go bag with sugar laden snacks and a bottle of water. Good coffee was also available, but only during breakfast. The toilet was very low and difficult to rise and sit. There was evidence of some mold and rist around the trim in the bathroom and the tub was stained yellow. Not enough towels or toiletries for a double queen room.
