"The location was perfect. Just past the Tower tube stop. Rooms were spacious. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast well worth the cost. Two green spaces adjacent. Pickleball count across window. Fun to watch players. ZiZi’s restaurant just two blocks down and across the street Small reception area but always manned. Note: no hand rail on the stairs to the entrance. Difficult to manage with luggage"

"The room was as described but it is also important to note what you aren't getting. The biggest issue for me - as a professional on business, was the lack of an iron and ironing board in room. There was one iron and a miniature ironing board in the communal room serving the entire block of rooms on all floor, but on two occasions someone had taken it to their room so it was unavailable to use (at 6am). This wasn't a great deal cheaper than a hotel but the inconvenience in this regard is...

"Very clean and so close to station"

"The place was awesome! Sweet air conditioning that blasted during the worst heat wave in 20 years. They saved me!"

"i had a great stay here! the staff was very friendly, an adorable kitty that wanders the hallways and enough room in my apartment to set up a yoga mat and do some exercise! i also needed to do a late checkout since my flight was in the evening and it was no problem! i saved a lot of money by making a lot of my own meals in the kitchen and doing my laundry daily. thanks for everything! will definitely be back when i’m back in london!"

"Convenience location, clean room. The stairs is a bit too narrow for suitcases."

"Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen."

"They get two stars for being responsive to my issues, and the room was generally comfortable. It was not clean and a bit janky, though. Therefore, I could not truly be comfortable. The kitchen sink had a very leaky faucet, there was hair in the refrigerator and prior to them changing the sheets per my request, there were specs of ‘who knows what’ and little hairs in the bed. Also, it wasn’t clear how to turn on the towel warmer or how to exit the front gate. When rushing down to catch Ubers, I...

"Good location but no lift and lots of stairs! Automatic lights didn’t come on when going downstairs until last 2 steps on last flight before entry. Pretty dark in evening. Our first room was great! Large room, awesome view, except it probably had the most stairs to get to it compared to other units. The unit hall lights didn’t work, so very dark entry at night. We are 2 older females and didn’t feel safe. Asked to be moved to a lower unit due to lighting concerns and stairs. Were accommodated...
