"We didn’t realize there wasn’t maid service until we came back to room and no clean towel and bed wasn’t made. Maybe it was in the materials but it wasn’t obvious to us. We liked the trim at up, roof deck was a nice feature as was coffee bar there."

"We visit London every year, and this has been our best accommodation experience so far. The apartment was spacious, clean, and modern, with the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Its location is excellent. Just steps from the Tower of London and within easy walking distance of Tower Hill, Bank, and Monument stations. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and black cabs are readily available just outside Cheval. Highly recommended."

"We had a a very good stay at this apartment, kitchen was fully stocked, everything was clean, beds were comfortable. Only complaint will be front door had no insulation so conversation in the hallways around the elevator sounded like people were in the flat."

"Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, mit Blick auf die Tower Bridge. U-Bahn und Züge sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer war super schön, groß, hell, Küche voll ausgestattet. Einziges Manko war das Frühstück. Zu wenig Plätze, man musste auf die sehr kleinen Tische im Empfang ausweichen. Die Präsentation war schwierig, weil sich immer nur eine Person etwas nehmen konnte und man so lange anstehen musste. Fazit: Kommen gerne wieder. "
