"Loved my stay! Very easy check in on the tablets. Room was cool with the lights. Everything was done on an iPad which was pretty cool. My tv worked but kept glitching so bit annoying. Bed was comfy. Only thing is the blinds being functioned from the iPad mine kept catching and wouldn’t go down after a certain point. Pretty annoying. I did try myself but didn’t want to break anything. It would catch every single time and go slanted. Great stay and location. Would def stay again"

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and explained everything I needed to know. "The front desk wanted to charge 15 pounds for us to check in 30 min early. Buffet was basic and did not change at all so by day 3 we didn’t even want to eat there. Staff overall not the most friendly. Worse part by far is the entire hallway on the ground floor where our room was located off the lobby freaked of sewage. "Unimpressed. Booked this hotel specifically for ac. Got room 336 with broken ac. Was told by first receptionist “well, it is hot out, but I’ll inform maintenance”. Second receptionist said she would call maintenance. Never got fixed. After two nights of our four night stay (and multiple visits to the front desk) we finally got a nice competent staff member who cared enough to fix our situation and switched us to a room with functioning ac. The outside of the hotel looks great but that architectural flair isn’t carried into the interior which is dated, drab and beginning to look worn. The hotel bathroom, even in the deluxe room doesn’t have a stand alone shower and is cramped.
