"The hotel was nice, rooms were small even though we had a delux (?) disappointed there were no bottles of water. Nespresso machine would have been nice. Bedding was nice. Bed comfortable but small. They did had a play on in the lounge area which we thought was weird so we couldn’t sit and have a drink and chat!!"

"Great location with everything you needed. We stayed in the studio room which was plenty of room and clean. Only issue was the air con unit was difficult to turn off from the panel and soon realised there was a light switch by the bathroom (weird wiring) that turned it all off as the room was very cold to start with. Apart from this, it was perfect for a night’s stay. "

"Great place. They have a good, responsive chat AI I think? Answers all questions promptly and accurately. Excellent location with easy tube access. And Great property in the middle of london. Saved us a lot on breakfast because we would easily cook in the kitchen. Although, I would say travel light as there is no lift/elevator and to fetch heavy suitcase up the stairs was a workout. But otherwise Great place."
