"Generous hot breakfasts included. Everything in room in great working condition. Easy access to tube, buses and giant Sainsbury. Will stay again for sure."

"For the price it was ok. Small. In need of reno. Breakfast worth it considering the cost of restaurants."

"Very nice place, the only downside is there were no blackout curtains. So in June, we were woken up very early by the light. Also from the children going to the school right next door. Other than that bed was comfy, very clean and had a very nice welcoming."

"Great location. Very near to the national express bus (from/to Heathrow airport) and the Victoria station/underground. Nice breakfast and helpful staffs. There are several restaurants nearby which is convenient and delicious."

"Great complementary breakfast and greeted by nice staff when checking in and out"

"Great location for the tube from Hammersmith, very clean room, helpful and friendly staff, good selection of beer and food. Internet service was not great but otherwise a excellent place"

"The rooms are very compact but the layout is thoughtful and provides easy access to plug ins and charging. Modern bathrooms, an in room safe and nespresso coffee maker. Perfect place to stay if you ate planning to be out and about all day and just need somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep! Because of the storage layout half the bed is right up against it. At 5 foot 7 I could not lay straight, had to curl my legs, not a problem for me but my husband at 6 foot 1 could not have comfortably...

"Great stay, property was clean and staff were pleasant, didn’t stay for breakfast so can’t comment on that but overall great value for money"

"Hotel liegt direkt am Hyde Park mit guter Anbindung an Bus & Bahn."

"First and foremost, confirm the exact location and room style. There are several properties with several types of rooms and you don't know what you're getting until you get there, unless you ask first. I learned this the hard way. They would benefit from having fans available in the rooms. We were here in September and it was 70F and it was hot and stuffy in the room. We found bed bugs one night and they moved us to another room that night and thoroughly cleaned the room the next day before...

"Lovely place to stay, basically a guest room in a shared house though. Quiet hours meant no late showers which was hard when our days were planned ahead of time. Host was sweet and the room was nice, just felt like a lot of rules that would’ve been helpful ahead of time. The small town is so fun, loved walking around the stores and trying all the local restaurants - they close early so plan for that!"
