"A rare spot with two beds in nyc"

"Terrible experience at Hyatt Grand Central. The room was extremely dusty and not properly cleaned. We found hair in the shower, sink, on the floor, and even on the bed sheets. I went to the front desk to report the issue, and I was told that someone would come to clean the room, but no one ever showed up and nothing was done. "Great midtown location. Room was spacious for Manhattan and clean, but my balcony was so small it was almost unusable. Lobby is also tiny so it's not ideal with more than a couple of guests at the same time."

"Very nice staff, a bit of an older hotel though. Things are a bit worn down, and the bathtub and carpet weren't the cleanest (not that they're necessarily dirty, but just old). But given the price, not too bad. Breakfast was kinda cheap too, just milk, cereal, and some cheap pastries, but again, within this price range, it's not bad."
