The staff was great, would be nice to have a mini fridge and microwave as when you come from out of town you have leftovers that would be nice to store in a fridge.

It was very nice and small rooms but very clean, it would be nice to have a plug on both sides to charge your phone. The staff were very nice and the neighborhood was fine. It just looked a little worn down.

We're here for just one night but the hotel entrance is unassuming, elegant and clean. Check in staff is very cordial and helpful and the room is exactly what we needed for the night - just right for 2. A super comfortable place to sleep (nice firm bed!), AC was going strong (it was a hot day!) and bathroom was perfect. AND for NYC, a very reasonable price and near many restaurants on 3rd Ave. Will definitely come back

It's a solid hotel with a bigger than most NYC bathrooms. Our "upgraded" room that we paid an extra $20/night faced a brick wall. But it was quiet! Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.
