"Did not use the amenities, so that’s why I gave the amenities 3 stars. Overall, would recommend. With the World Cup, NBA playoffs, Puerto Rican Day, 5 Seconds of Summer concert all colliding on one perfect weekend, the Westin Staff never broke a sweat. Everything was seamless and professional. Great location, safe and comfortable."

"We had a good time here -- the location and free breakfast was a draw as were the big rooms and comfy beds. The elevator situation made things very difficult for a lot of people at check in and check out though. It might be a deal breaker in fact unless you are flexible. We often took the stairs (7th floor...but the hotel has many stories) when we did not have luggage out of necessity. Very clean and quiet."

"Once inside the hotel it was a cool oasis compared with the madness in New York City with the Nicks playing NBA Finals on two nights whilst we were there. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good. Surrounding streets were littered with trash often and some of the street residents with issues were located nearby but were not causing obvious problems. Great central location and good subway access. The receptionist was great with advice and she allowed a late check out. Sorry forgotten your...

"Hotel was lovely, we were a family of 4 and stayed in a connecting room overlooking Broadway. Super clean bedrooms with plenty of room for the 4 of us. The pastries and coffee were very tasty from the bakery next door for breakfast served by very friendly staff. Could have perhaps offered slightly more than $10 though. All in all a fantastic hotel."

"Some years ago we had the fortune to stay here and we had a great and pleasant time. My family and I were excited to go back and a spend a weekend this time. However, our air tickets were cancelled the some day to inclement weather in the midwest. We had several thunderstorms, tornado warnings and flash flooding warnings. "The hotel did not provide daily cleaning. The rooms are particularly smaller and unusually expensive than what I expected in US’s hotel rooms comparing to while I visited Tokyo or Kyoto in Japan where the rooms are small but with reasonable prices."
