Fabulous room, spotless and very comfortable. Host was welcoming and friendly. Only down, shower was very lack lustre, plus WiFi, but no Internet. Would definitely return, interesting information provided, nice touch of fresh flowers. Easy to find, free on street parking.

It was good to have the reassurance of a parking place (although this is on a first come basis). Although they did not do breakfast, the hotel offered cereal and toast with plenty of tea and coffee in the room. We did struggle with the TV (which only seemed to get certain channels, although this might have been our lack of IT skills). We were on the top floor which may have been responsible for the lack of water pressure in the shower. However, overall good value for money.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Devonia. Our room was very clean, and well appointed. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the cooked breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of it. Carolyn and her husband were very friendly. We would go back.

The Devonia hotel is a lovely clean hotel , well run by Carolyn Jane and her husband , breakfast was lovely , rooms are well equipped , literally over the road from the beach , quiet area , would probably benefit from using a car if not a great walker as it is a fair distance from the town centre if walking , good bus network though aswell
