"The room was clean. The staff was not helpful at all. We were told they had on site parking when we get there was told by desk we were on our own until we complained enough and they said we could park at another hotel that's 4 blocks away. Toilet didn't flush very well and the room had no charger ports to charge phones. They also should tell guest not to come from 3-4 to check in because there is a school across the street that lets out every day at that time with parents taking all the street...

"Great location and clean and comfortable. Room is small but well designed. Biggest problem is noise—trains come through all night and are fairly loud. Also the rooftop was only partially open. Finally the Continental breakfast was a little sparse. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. "
