Also, while checking in the staff was more concerned about registering my car for parking than anything else, which was a $10 per night extra charge that i don't recall seeing on your website when i booked my stay."

Our check in was slow because the agent did not know how to check in a booking made through Expedia. After checkout - upon getting to the airport we realized the front desk had not returned my drivers license - when we called to inquire about it, the front desk clerk said yes they had it but she was less than apologetic,...

"I was really impressed with the hotel. Lay out and design of our room was great. Very comfortable. Love the kitchenette. Breakfast was good. Nice selection of food. Would have like real dishes to eat off of and fountain drinks as I dont drink coffee. Also, sausage was a little bland. But all in all I would highly recommend."

The staff is just amazing and Kendall went above and beyond helping us in getting our room. The hotel has a staff that you can tell takes pride in their work and the breakfast is good.
