"This hotel was far more expensive than it was worth. For the price paid, I expected a clean, well-maintained room and a much better overall experience. Instead, the room was outdated and showed significant signs of neglect. There were stains on the walls, peeling paint in the bathroom, rust around fixtures, and furniture that was scratched, worn, and clearly past its prime. Most concerning were the visible stains on the bedding, which made me question the cleanliness of the room. When I...

"I was really impressed with the hotel. Lay out and design of our room was great. Very comfortable. Love the kitchenette. Breakfast was good. Nice selection of food. Would have like real dishes to eat off of and fountain drinks as I dont drink coffee. Also, sausage was a little bland. But all in all I would highly recommend."

"Very disappointing experience. There was no hair dryer provided in the room, and when we contacted the reception to request one, we were told that they did not have any spare hair dryers available. Instead of providing a simple solution, we were asked to change our room to another one. This was very inconvenient and not the level of service expected from a hotel."

"The bedroom was clean, and the carpet seemed new. The mini fridge was very tiny and down on the floor- so hard to load our cooler food and drinks into. The bathtub was dated and there was some mildew around the tub grab bars- mostly just viewed under the wall attachment while I was sitting in the tub. The bath counter seemed new and nice. The bathroom was also TINY. Hard to maneuver in. The room was blessedly quiet!! The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent."

"My first day they didn’t have a tv that worked, was told the maintenance man was going to get around to bringing one but I never got the tv situation handled until 11:45am Sunday morning and that’s only because I went to the office an saw the maintenance man myself . Therefore they’re very unprofessional and that’s not acceptable at all I should be owed some kind of a portion refund if not the whole payment reversal"
